The fabulous journey of the design of your jewelry piece starts with the selection of precious stones.
Once the most attractive stones have been selected by Laurence according to your criteria, we send them to our manufacturers who will calibrate them into a computer-aided drawing (CAD).
This drawing is then sent to a 3D printer to be printed in wax, a process that takes approximately 5-8 hours per jewelry piece.
What comes out of the printer is a wax mold, used to cast your jewelry in solid 18K gold. After casting, the jewelry piece is polished and cleaned and is sent to our setters who carefully set the stones under a microscope.
After a final step of polishing, your finished piece of jewelry leaves Antwerp, and begins its journey to you.
