Recommended Jewelry Care

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your jewelry, we recommend the following care guidelines:

  • Avoid contact with chemicals: Remove your jewelry when using cleaning agents or applying beauty products such as lotions, perfumes, or hairspray.
  • Do not wear while bathing or swimming: Exposure to water, chlorine, or salt can damage or tarnish your pieces.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures: Sudden temperature changes can affect gemstones and metal settings.
  • Store properly: Keep your jewelry in a dry, dust-free environment, such as its original pouch or box. To prevent scratches, store each piece separately and avoid direct contact with other materials.

Jewelry Warranty

We offer a complimentary 60-day repair service for jewelry damaged due to accidental breakage or improper handling from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge whenever possible.

After 60 days, all repairs are subject to examination and evaluation, and repair fees may apply.

In addition, all products are covered by the legal 2-year conformity guarantee under Belgian and EU consumer law for manufacturing defects or faults existing at the time of delivery. This legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us and return the product for inspection. We will always do our best to repair, restore, or replace your precious jewelry items whenever possible.

 

Note about Non-conformities

In compliance with articles 1649bis à 1649octies of the Civil Code, we shall respond to all non-conformities that were to exist at the time of the delivery of the product and which were to appear within 2 years counting from that date.

However, the defect shall be deemed to be non-existent if, at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the Customer was aware of the non-conformity or could not reasonably have been unaware thereof, or if the non-conformity is to be attributed to him.

It is hereby agreed that the Customer shall be required to notify us of all non-conformities in writing within no more than 60 days counting from the date on which he established the defect. The non-observance of this obligation shall see the Customer forfeit all entitlements by reason of non-conformity.

However, we should specify in this respect that due consideration must go out to the specific nature of our products and that it is for the Customer to take care of the products, with special care being [...] taken to prevent the products from coming into contact with detergents or abrasive substances (such as chlorine, for instance). In addition, normal wear and tear and a certain patina as a result of the frequent and repeated wearing of our products on no account may be considered as a non- conformity within the meaning of the present clause.  

 

Ring resize policy

  • First resize (within 30 days of purchase):
    • Free for size reduction
    • Sizing fee applies for increasing the size
  • After 30 days:
    • All resizes (up or down) will incur a sizing fee
  • Design limitations:
    If resizing is not possible due to the ring design, a new ring may be created at no charge, provided materials and stones are still available.
  • Final sale after resizing:
    Once resized or altered, rings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Other important notes:
    • Sale or discounted rings requiring resizing will incur a fee.
    • Finger size can naturally fluctuate due to temperature or lifestyle. We advise sizing your finger multiple times before placing your order.
    • Sizing fees may vary depending on the current gold market.

 

Appraisal

An official jewelry appraisal can be provided on request, and through a globally recognized gemological laboratory if necessary.

  • The appraisal may cover either the loose stone or the finished jewelry piece.
  • Fees vary depending on the carat weight and complexity of the item.
  • For diamonds of 0.50 carat or more, a grading report is included automatically with the ordered piece and free of charge.
